1. Agreement Overview

This User Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions under which you ("User") may access and use the Easy Cash app and services provided by Shah Development Solutions Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using Easy Cash, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Easy Cash, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the app or services.

3. Registration and Account Security

To use certain features of Easy Cash, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use Easy Cash in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

• Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app or any other systems or networks connected to the app.
• Disrupt or interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the app.

5. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of Easy Cash as specified in the app. All payments are processed securely, and you are responsible for all transactions made under your account.

6. Termination

Easy Cash reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app and services at any time, without prior notice, if you breach this Agreement or engage in conduct that Easy Cash believes is harmful to other users or the app.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Easy Cash services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or that all issues will be resolved promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Easy Cash and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, or damage to goodwill.

9. Changes to the Agreement

Easy Cash reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Agreement on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Easy Cash after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in islamabad.
